Epitaxial Growth Engineer

1. Work with scientists on semiconductor epilayer growth.
2. Collect material characterization data and report to scientists.
3. Growth system/parts cleaning and maintenance.

1. US Citizens or Permanent Residents only
2. Minimum education BS/BE
3. Understanding of high vacuum equipment
4. Knowledge of semiconductor materials and devices is a plus
5. Must be organized, detailed, conscientious, and thorough
6. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
7. Capable of summarizing data and preparing report

1. Must be able to work in a clean room environment.
2. Will work around compressed gasses, acids, solvents, vacuum pump oil, and other chemicals
3. Must be willing to work on the second shift and/or overtime as needed
