UV LEDs are semiconductor based light sources which emit radiation in UV
spectrum. SETI’s UV light sources have been successfully implemented in a
wide variety of applications including, Germicidal, Bio-Analytical, Bio-
Detection, Medicine, UV Curing, and various other uses. Click on the application

SETI offers a broad range of UV light sources within the wavelength range of
240 – 400 nm. Our products range from basic single chip LEDs to more
advanced multifunctional systems, configurable to customer’s needs.

Our major products lines are:

• UVTOP® UV LEDs: These are a series of UV and deep-UV hermetically
  packaged LEDs with peak emission wavelengths in the range of 240 nm to
  400 nm. An AlGaN/GaN LED chip/chip array is encapsulated in a metal-
  glass TO and SMD packages with UV-transparent optical window.



• UVCLEAN® LED Lamps: Our UV Lamps are specially designed for
  applications which require intense emission or individually addressable
  LEDs. We offer a variety of packaging and biasing options with numerous
  array configurations, including multi-wavelength LED combinations.



• UVCLEAN® UV Modules: UVCLEAN® Modules consist of arrays of high
  power UV lamps and/or UVTOP® LEDs that are heat sink mounted and
  designed to give an emission profile that is optimized for OEM
  manufacturers. These customizable modules are designed to maximize
  the useful optical energy.



• UV Systems including Custom Designs: Our UV systems are compact,
  smart UV gadgets designed to meet the needs of end users. Examples
  range from a simple LED unit with power supplies to a more sophisticated
  computer-controlled fluorimeter/spectrometer.
